Keto Fat Bombs Recipe

To be quite frank, I am not a huge fan of fat bombs. My currently-pregnant palette prefers eating high-protein or high-fiber snacks. But my one-year-old daughter is an absolutely dedicated consumer of these Almond Butter Fat Bombs.

And the attractiveness of fat bombs lies in the fact that they help satisfy hunger cravings for longer periods of time. Within a ketogenic diet, they are also used to keep the body within a state of ketosis.

  4. Pour the fat bombs into silicone molds. (We use this mini muffin pan.) Place in the refrigerator for two hours.

How to Store Keto Fat Bombs

Keto fat bombs should not be stored at room temperature, as most recipes will begin to soften and melt.

Instead, keep fat bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

If you wish to store fat bombs for longer periods of time, freeze them in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
