  • Seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)

Homemade Granola Bars that Don’t Fall Apart

I have tried my fair share of granola bar recipes in the last ten years. All of them did not hold together when left at room temperature.

These granola bars are night-and-day different. They keep well in a glass container in the fridge or at room temperature for up to 4 days…all without crumbling to pieces as soon as you pick them up.

What makes the difference? First, having adequate wet ingredients. Next, pressing the granola bars very firmly into the pan.
