1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder (100% cacao)
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. Himalayan pink salt

How to Make Homemade Dark Chocolate with Coconut Oil

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and raw honey. Stir until fully incorporated. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add the dark chocolate cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and Himalayan pink salt and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Line a 13″x9″ baking dish with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Spoon quarter-sized dollops of the chocolate onto the parchment paper. They should hold their general shape, but they may still spread a bit.
  4. When you have finished spooning all the chocolate onto the baking dish, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate bites have become firm.
  5. Remove from the baking dish and store in an airtight glass jar or container. Keep refrigerated.
