- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup grated real parmesan cheese
- 3 cups roasted and salted mixed nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds, pistachios, macadamia nuts)
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. sea salt (to taste)
How to Make Homemade Roasted Mixed Nuts
- Preheat the oven to 250F (120C).
- Pour the mixed nuts into a 9″x9″ baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil over low heat.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seeds, Italian herb seasoning, lemon juice, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Remove from the heat.
- Pour over prepared baking dish of nuts.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes to one hour, stirring twice during baking to evenly distribute the flavors.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
